Toni L Galloway
Toni L. Galloway is a trained pianist with over 25 years of playing and nearly 15 years of teaching experience. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Idaho State University (2005), studying piano under Dr. Kori Bond. She earned her Master of Music degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy at the University of Oklahoma (2007). While there she studied performance with Dr. Jeongwon Ham and pedagogy with Dr. Jane Magrath and Dr. Barbara Fast.
Toni has been a member of the Music Teachers National Association since 2005. She also belongs to the affiliated local associations. Toni expects to earn her Recreational Music Making Specialist Certification during Summer 2014 and her National Certified Teacher of Music through MTNA by the end of 2014.
She currently teaches piano and does Recreational Music Making Activities at a nursing home in Boise.
Toni writes as the Mad Pianist in her spare time and loves discussing music and life. She loves the piano. She loves playing the piano. She loves teaching the piano.
